Pack'n It Up is a build your own backpack store run exclusively by students from Our Lady of Mercy School For Young Women. 
Our goal is to provide stylish, affordable backpacks for many different occasions.

LAUREN KEPES

CEO

Lauren is an excellent communicator, problem solver, and creative leader. She prides herself on her drive to succeed and create an ethical company, and wants to continue this into her future career. Her enthusiasm for her position and organizational abilities enable her to be an asset to the success of this team.

GIANNA CUTAIA

Vice President

Gianna is the Vice President of Packin’ It Up due to her extensive leadership throughout the company and her constant confidence while making difficult decisions. Her communication skills make her an excellent fit for the job and her passion for the company is what makes her an essential part of Packin’ It Up’s success.

LIZA HUBER

CFO

Liza focuses on the finances of Pack’n it Up. She finds most of her success in managing financial records, and she prides herself on thorough work and flawless number reports. In college, Liza will major in finance and minor in accounting, indulging herself in clubs and internships that will strengthen her understanding of the operation of businesses.

BRYANNA LAVECK

Digital Media and Public Relations Manager

Bryanna has extensive knowledge in web design and all things computers. She is rarely seen not working on a project. Her enthusiasm and passion for her work makes her a crucial contributor to the team.

NATALYA DENIS

Marketing

 Natalya has had extensive experience with marketing and advertising through her involvement in marketing and selling Girl Scouts for the last seven years. Natalya was able to sell 300 boxes of Girl Scout cookies to the Rochester area just last year by persuading her consumers to buy cookies.

Kristyn has been described as a planner, and a very organized person. She has lots of patience and a sympathetic attitude which make her a great fit to be in Human Resources for Packin’ It Up. She has exceptional communication skills and experience in various leadership roles including being the captain of her sports team.Pride for her job is what makes her most successful.

Gunel is a very cooperative, hardworking, and a dedicated worker who shows pride in Packin’ It Up. She works towards building and managing different techniques that attract the audience to our bags. She brainstorms and develops creative ideas for marketing campaigns. Having these features makes her a great employee in Packin’ It Up. 

KATIE GREEN

Human Reasources Manager

Katie is very organized and knows how to get things done. She is a good communicator with others and has good problem-solving skills. She will guide the company by creating a friendly and respectful workplace making sure everyone is happy. She has previous experience in leading volunteer groups and being a part of multiple clubs and sports. 

MS. ARENA

Supervising Teacher

Ms. Arena is the coordinator of Pack'n It Up. She is the business department leader at Our Lady of Mercy School for Young Women.

Chelsea specializes with numbers and is good at negotiating. She has the skills to catch the customers eyes and sell products quickly. She has the energy and compassion to keep selling products forever. Having these main qualities she is the perfect fit on Packin’ It up team.
